We build the infrastructure that independent dealers have always wanted.

Independent dealerships are the engine of Europe’s used vehicle market, but they operate with tools from the last century. The big groups have built their infrastructure over decades. Dealcar delivers it as software. From day one. For any dealership.

From an idea to over 750 dealerships.

2023 Q1

The idea is born

Three co-founders from fintech, automotive and tech product come together to solve a problem: independent dealerships don’t have tools at their level.

2023 Q3

First MVP

First version of the platform. Stock management, website and publishing on portals. The first 10 dealerships begin testing.

2024 Q1

100 dealerships

Launch of the CRM, electronic invoicing and mobile app. The first 100 dealerships validate the product and start selling more.

2024 Q4

€3 million in investment

Seed round led by Entourage and 4Founders Capital. With participation from Itnig Capital, Demium and Bynd. Offices in Madrid and Barcelona.

2025

Connect and DealFlex

Launch of the dealer network and stock financing. Dealcar is no longer just software and becomes a complete platform.

2026

+700 dealerships

AI agents, DealPay, Google Vehicle Ads and ChatGPT. The start of European expansion into France, Italy and Germany.
